基于临床数据仓库模型的医疗设备管理数据平台设计与应用

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate how to fully explore application value of management data of medical equipment through establishing data platform of medical equipment so as to enhance quality of medical service.Methods: Through building up a uniform management data integration platform of medical equipment, establishing uniform data connector, and integrating and sharing medical equipment data to achieve platform management for medical equipment. The data model of clinical data repository (CDR) was used as reference to arrange, save and reconstruct the platform design so as to achieve sharing information and cooperating with process. Besides, the connector model of one to one of various system was reconstructed to a new model of several-to-one of various system integration platform.Results: Through establishing the data platform of medical equipment, data of medical equipment could be traced to single department, single equipment and single kind and then were analyzed and evaluated so as to achieve analyzing and exploring history data from all-round and multiple dimensions. The construction of CDR was used as the entry point, and the data adopting, business structure, data structure, planning of storage capacity and other key point of practical application were designed and constructed. And then the connectivity, information sharing and business collaboration of information system in hospital were achieved in finally.Conclusion:Media device information system (MDIS) is a crucial part of medical big data, and it can enhance the management level of large hospitals and establish the foundation for further quality control and risk control of medical device.%目的:探讨如何通过医疗设备数据平台建设,充分发掘医疗设备管理数据应用价值,提高医疗服务质量.方法:搭建统一的医疗设备管理数据集成平台、建立统一的数据接口,整合共享现有医疗设备数据,实现医疗设备平台化管理.平台设计参照临床数据中心(CDR)数据模型进行梳理、存储和重构,实现信息共享、流程协同;将各系统一对一的接口模式改造为各系统集成平台多对一的接口模式.结果:通过医疗设备数据平台的建立,可将医疗设备数据追踪至单科、单台以及单种类进行分析评估,实现全方位、多维度历史数据分析与挖掘.以CDR建设为切入点,从医疗设备数据采集、业务架构、数据结构、存储容量规划等实际应用的关键点进行设计与构建,实现医院信息系统的互联互通,信息共享、业务协同.结论:医疗设备数据平台是医疗大数据的一大组成部分,可以提升大型医院管理水平,并为医疗设备的质量控制、风险控制奠定基础.
