天津市核医学科室建设现状调查分析

摘要

目的:调查天津市核医学发展现状,为相关主管部门优化核医学资源配置和制定核医学发展政策提供依据.方法:采用问卷调查的形式,对16个拥有核医学相关科室的单位进行问卷调查,每个单位发放问卷1份,共发放16份调查表,调查内容包括医疗机构和科室的基本信息、学科基本信息、科室收入情况、人员基本信息、教学情况、科室设置情况、放药许可证信息以及影响科室发展因素等8个项目.结果:天津市共有16家单位拥有核医学相关科室,其中研究单位1家,医院15家.在15家医院中地方医院13家,军队医院2家;共有170名核医学工作人员,44台放射诊疗设备.核医学科室主要分布在经济较为发达的中心城区.结论:天津市核医学现状基本能满足民众的医疗服务,但核医学科室分布不均衡,各医疗机构均面临不同程度制约核医学科室建设和发展的因素.为了加快医疗机构核医学科室的建设和发展,各级主管部门应该给予相应的引导和政策支持.%Objective:To investigate the current situation about the development of nuclear medicine in Tianjin so as to provide the basic references for the relevant authority in optimizing the resource allocation of nuclear medicine and enacting the development policy of nuclear medicine.Methods: Questionnaire survey was conducted on 16 units with relative nuclear medicine departments. A total of 16 questionnaires were issued to 16 units in this study. The survey consisted of eight items: the basic information of medical institutions and departments, basic information of subject, income information of department, personal basic information, teaching situation, department setting, license information of drug and affect factors of department development. Results: In the 16 units with relative nuclear medicine department, one was research unit, 15 units were hospitals. And in the 15 units, 13 units were civil hospitals, and 2 units were military hospitals. There were 170 staffs in the field of nuclear medicine and 44 radiological equipments for diagnosis and therapy in these units. All of these nuclear medicine departments mainly were distributed in relatively developed central area of city.Conclusion: The current situation of nuclear medicine in Tianjin can basically meet the medical service for public, but the distribution of nuclear medicine department is imbalance and each medical institution faces to restricted factors of various degree about construction and development of nuclear medicine department. Authorities at all levels should provide corresponding guidance and police support so as to accelerate construction and development of nuclear medical department in medical units.
