洁净手术室长纤聚酯布与棉织布细菌穿透力及屏障功能的研究

         

摘要

目的:分析对比洁净手术室医用包布(长纤聚酯布与棉织布)细菌穿透力及屏障功能的试验效果.方法:选取手术室使用的棉织布和新型可多次复用的长纤聚酯布,分别在干态及湿态条件下对枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌测试穿透长纤聚酯布和棉织布的能力,并测试不同织物的抗渗水性.结果:经压力蒸汽灭菌(121℃,20 min)处理,在湿态条件下棉织布样品有细菌透过,长纤聚酯布样品细菌未透过;在干态条件下,棉织布样品每个样片透过的菌落数>5 cfu,10个样片透过的菌落数之和>15 cfu.长纤聚酯布样品每个样片透过的菌落数菌<5 cfu,10个样片透过的菌落数之和<15 cfu;经过抗静水压性能测试,棉织布样品的抗渗水性未达到医用纺织品标准要求,长纤聚酯布抗渗水性>30 cmH2O,达到标准,满足医用包布的要求.结论:棉织布不能阻隔微生物穿透,长纤聚酯布可以阻隔微生物的穿透,形成有效的防护屏障,保证医用纺织品的无菌性.%Objective:To analyze and compare the experiment effect of bacterial penetration ability and barrier function between two kinds of medical wraps(long fiber polyester fabric and cotton woven fabric) of clean operating room.Methods: Long fiber polyester fabric and cotton tabby woven fabric were compared by testing the penetration ability of Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus in dry state and hygroscopic state, respectively. Besides, the anti-permeability of various fabrics also were tested and compared.Results: After pressure steam sterilization(121℃, 20min), bacteria could penetrate the cotton woven fabric but not penetrate long fiber polyester fabric under hygroscopic state, while under dry state, the penetrated colony count in each piece of cotton woven fabric was more than 5cfu and the total colony counts of 10 piece of cotton woven fabric were more than 15cfu, and the penetrated colony count in each piece of long fiber polyester fabric was less than 5cfu and the total colony counts of 10 piece of long fiber polyester fabric were less than 15cfu. The results of anti-hydrostatic pressure test showed that the performance of cotton woven fabric couldn't achieve the requirement of medical textile standard but the performance of long fiber polyester fabric(>30cmH2O) achieved the standard and it could meet the requirement of medical wrap.Conclusion: Cotton woven fabric can't resist the penetration of microorganism, while long fiber polyester fabric can form an effective protective barrier to resist the penetration of microorganism and ensure the sterility of medical textiles.
