Objective:Design a kind of intelligent voice hypoglycemia emergency kit, providing a reliable alarm and rescue for patients withdiabetes who lose their ability to act and language skills after the onset of diabetes.Methods: Intelligent voice hypoglycemia first-aid box is mainly used PVC materials, acrylic materials and metal mesh made, with length 60 mm, width 20 mm and 80 mm. The circuit board is composed of aspeech recognition circuit module, a voice alarm circuitmodule and a peripheralcircuit. it was to observed the time required for emergency treatment of patients with hypoglycemiain clinical application.Results: The observation group using intelligent voice hypoglycemia first-aid kit required the time is 75.75+7.82; patients in control group were treated with common rescue disk time required the time is 102.67+6.83, the time used intelligent voice hypoglycemia first aid box group of nurses from the received signal to rescue is shorter than the save disk group(t=11.817,P<0.01).Conclusion: Intelligent voice hypoglycemic emergency kit is portable,easy to use, can be used for patients with diabetes to carry out, to meet the needs of emergency treatment of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes, it is worth promoting.%目的:设计一种智能型语音低血糖急救盒,为发病后失去行动能力和语言能力的糖尿病低血糖患者提供可靠的报警和救助。方法:智能型语音低血糖急救盒采用PVC材料、亚克力材料及金属网制成,体积为60 mm×20 mm×80 mm,电路板分别由语音识别电路模块、语音报警电路模块及外围电路组成。选取内分泌科24名临床护士,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组12例,观察护士为低血糖患者急救时所需的时间。结果:观察组采用智能型语音低血糖急救盒进行急救,其所需时间为(75.75±7.82)s;对照组采用普通抢救盘进行急救,其所需时间为(102.67±6.83)s,观察组护士从接收信号到抢救结束所需时间短于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(t=11.817,P<0.01)。结论:智能型语音低血糖急救盒轻便易取、使用方便,可供糖尿病患者外出随身携带,并能满足糖尿病患者低血糖急救需求,值得推广。
