磁共振成像的伪影及应对策略

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the causes of the artifacts in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and to explore the method to overcome artifact in the routine work.Methods: To analyze 67 cases of typical artifacts of GE HD Excite 1.5T, Siemens Trio 3.0 T and Siemens Skyra 3.0T MR systems which were collected.Results: Sixty seven cases of typical artifacts in MRI include 24 cases of motion artifact, 18 cases of metal artifact, 4 cases of chemical shift artifact, 7 cases of edge artifact, 3 cases of wrap artifact, 1 cases of truncation artifacts, 1 cases of cross artifact, 1 cases of iPAT artifact, 2 cases of zipper artifact, 3 cases of partial volume effect and 3 cases of near coil effect. The quality control methods and technical procedures be suggested based on causes analysis.Conclusion: Understand the causes and mechanism of MRI artifact and to master the method is important to improve the quality of MR imaging.%目的:研究磁共振成像(MRI)图像伪影产生的原因,探讨常规工作中克服MRI伪影的方法与对策。方法:收集67例GE HD Excite 1.5T、Siemens Trio 3.0T和Siemens Skyra 3.0T MRI具代表性伪影图像,对其进行统计分类,分析伪影产生的原因,提出相应的克服方法。结果:67例伪影图像中,运动伪影24例,金属伪影18例,化学位移伪影4例,勾边伪影7例,卷褶伪影3例,截断伪影1例,交叉伪影1例,iPAT伪影1例,拉链伪影2例,部分容积效应3例,近线圈效应3例。在分析伪影产生原因的基础上,提出了控制伪影的技术对策。结论:循证MRI图像伪影产生的原因及机理,有针对性地制定控制伪影的方法,对于提高MRI图像质量具有重要意义。
