目的：加强医疗器械条形码管理，解决医疗器械流通过程中存在的问题。方法：分析医疗器械生产厂商、销售商及医疗机构等环节医疗器械条形码管理的现状；指出条形码在各环节不通用的弊端；提出医疗器械条形码管理标准化的必要性和实施方法。结果：通过开发配套的标准化管理软件和终端，实现医疗器械条形码标准化管理。结论：医疗器械条形码管理的标准化，可实现医疗器械全生命周期的可追溯性，加强医疗器械的使用管理，简化医疗器械生产、购置和使用过程中各环节的工作流程，有效提高医疗器械管理效率。%Objective:To solve the problems in the circulation process of medical instruments and to strengthen the management of medical devices.Methods:Analyzing the status quo of the bar code management of medical device manufacturers, vendors and medical institutions at all levels, pointing out the practical problems caused by the bar code and putting forward the necessary and methods in standardizing the management of the bar code for medical instrument.Results: Realizing the standard management of the bar code for medical instrument through the development of software and terminal of the standard management.Conclusion:The standardization of medical instrument bar code management can effectively achieve the traceability of medical instrument, strengthen the management of medical instrument, further simplify the work flow of medical instrument in the process of the use of units, and greatly improve the management efficiency.
