多参数监护仪野外环境适应性研究

         

摘要

Objective:To study the environment suitability of multi-parameter patient monitor. Methods: Choosing six different types of multi-parameter patient monitor from different manufactures, we tested six main parameters of the multi-parameter patient monitor when they had gone through the environmental tests, and the test limits come from field environment. Results:Each of the samples was not up to the standards. Conclusion:At present a clear most of the multi-parameter patient monitor in the market are designed and produced for using indoors, which are not suitable for using in field environment. We need to enhance the protection of the multi-parameter patient monitor against field environment, and improve the environment suitability.%目的:研究多参数监护仪对野外环境的适应性。方法:选择数家厂商不同型号多参数监护仪6台,参考国家军用标准GJB7125-2011“部队卫生装备选型技术要求”等规定的野外环境条件限值,将卫生装备的环境温度、湿度及振动等3个条件组合,进行环境适应性试验,检测受试多参数监护仪主要参数是否正常,从而研究其对野外环境适应性。结果:进行各分项环境试验后,样机参数均存在不合格现象。结论:目前市场上的多参数监护仪,立足于室内环境条件而设计生产,对野外环境适应性有待完善,需要从不同角度研究该类设备对野外环境条件各项指标的适应情况,从而提高其环境适应性水平。
