目的：设计婴儿培养箱终末消毒装置，为解决现有婴儿培养箱消毒效果不彻底，以及婴儿培养箱塑料外壳老化影响使用寿命的问题。方法：利用汽化过氧化氢能杀灭芽孢的原理，设计一款采用可编程序控制器(PLC)及触摸屏等技术的婴儿培养箱终末消毒装置，由汽化过氧化氢发生器、容纳婴儿培养箱的不锈钢舱柜及气体连通管路等组成。将婴儿培养箱清洁干燥后推入不锈钢舱柜，设置好参数后一键启动，消毒结束后推出培养箱即可，消毒效果通过化学指示剂变色情况和生物指示剂的杀灭情况进行判断。结果：该终末消毒装置气体分布均匀、无消毒死角，低温消毒效果好且易于验证。婴儿培养箱具有材料兼容性好、安全可靠及操作方便等特点，化学指示剂由绿色变为黄色，生物指示剂嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌培养7 d，无细菌生长。结论：婴儿培养箱终末消毒装置消毒效果好，易于验证，其材料兼容性好，安全可靠，降低了工作人员的劳动强度，在临床新生儿科及危重科室婴儿培养箱终末消毒中具有较高的推广和应用价值。%Objective:To design Disinfection device of Infant incubator to address the existing infant incubator terminally sterilized in the presence of ultraviolet light disinfectant wipe and disinfection effect is not complete.
