Objective:To design and develop emergency medical rescue mobility support platform to emergencies.Methods: Through the analysis of the function and orientation of the platform, determining the main technical indexes and taking the modular design of the platform. Mobility support for the whole platform adopts the model of vehicle and inflatable tent with the combination of technology, integrated all sorts of emergency medical equipment and supplies needed for the rescue, form a normalized, systematic treatment process.Results: Emergency medical rescue the mobile platform can carry no less than 200 doses of on-site emergency drugs and consumable, expand 2 treatment inflatable tents, have 8 emergency units.Conclusion: The mobility support platform for emergency medical rescue overall design is reasonable, reached the predetermined technical index requirements, further improve the ability of emergency service.%目的：设计研制一种为应对突发事件而进行应急医学救援的机动保障平台。方法：通过平台的功能定位与分析，确定主要技术指标，并进行整体模块化设计。该机动保障平台采用车辆与充气式帐篷相结合的技术模式，综合集成各种应急医学救援所需的装备与物资，形成正规化、系统化的救治流程。结果：应急医学救援机动平台可以携带≥200人(份)的现场应急救治药品与耗材，可展开2顶充气式救治帐篷，开设8个应急救治单元。结论：应急医学救援机动保障平台整体设计合理，可达到预定的技术指标要求，有效提升急救卫勤分队的救援能力。
