Methods:Analyses and discussions of procurement efficiency and purchasing benefits are carried on through practice, and the improvement measures are putted foword. Results:The agreement supply can be improved by price management, spare parts enriching, supplier evaluation and extending agreement supply item. Conclusion:Agreement supply is the organic combination of procurement efficiency and purchasing benefits. It plays a more and more important role in government procurement.
