Objective: The contents and methods of electrical security detection in dental panoramic radiology were discussed, in order to fill the gaps in the technical specification of quality control of these devices. Methods:Two electrical safety analyzers (the QA-90 and RIGEL-288) were used to detect the leakage current, the insulation resistance and earthling resistance of dental panoramic radiology device. Results: Formulate the electrical safety specification for dental panoramic radiology. Conclusion:Through electrical security detection, we found the electrical security index of the device was coinciding to GB9706.1-2007, which enrich the quality inspection specifications of the dental panoramic photography equipment.%目的：探讨口腔全景摄像装置的电气安全检测内容与方法，填补该类装置质量检定技术规范的内容。方法：采用QA-90和RIGEL-288两种电气安全分析仪和对口腔全景摄像装置进行漏电流、绝缘电阻和保护接地电阻的检测实验分析。结果：该项检测技术能够出具口腔全景摄像装置电气安全质检的指标范围。结论：通过电气安全的检测，表明该类装置的电气安全指标在国家标准GB9706.1-2007的规定范围内，可为制定口腔全景摄影装置质量检测技术规范充实内容。
