目的：为了使国有资金充分发挥其作用，避免腐败行为的发生，保证医院项目建设的顺利进行，探讨在委托招标代理公司组织公开招标时以建设方的角度如何选择招标代理公司。方法：结合医院建设的特点，分析委托招标代理公司组织招标的必要性、优点及其所存在的问题。结果：以注重实用和行业特点为原则，提出资质审核、比选和招标3种选择招标代理公司的方法。结论：选择招标代理机构是项目建设的关键，在此基础上才能保证工程建设的顺利进行。%Objective: To make state owned funds play its role, avoid the corruption and ensure the construction of the project in hospital going smoothly. Methods: Based on the hospital construction, we analyzed the necessity, advantages and problems in using the bidding agency. Results: Three methods of verifying qualifications and abilities, comparing, inviting bids to choosing bidding agency are introduced.
