血液透析机质量控制检测技术参数规范的探讨

摘要

Objective: To discuss the testing technical specificalions to guarantee normal use of hemodialysis machine in clinical practice. Methods: The maximal error range of the machine was determined based on its major technical principle and effecls of its error on patients. Results: The quality of 20 hemodialysis machines of different brands was analyzed. It was found that their technical specifications were normal for clinical use. Conclusion: The technical examination of the hemodialysis machine is an important measure for ensuring medical treatment safety.%目的:为了保证血液透析机在临床使用时技术参数符合要求,监测、报警和保护性能正常而探讨的检测技术规范.方法:从血液透析机治疗病人的主要技术原理和各参数误差对病人的影响来确定其参数的最大误差范围.结果:通过对三种20多台不同品牌的血液透析机进行质量检测,技术规范均符合临床使用的参数范围.结论:血液透析机进行技术参数检测是医疗安全的一项重要举措和规范要求.
