目的：阐述瑞典医科达（Elekta）公司Synergy IGRT图像引导放射治疗机和美国瓦里安（Varian）公司CL2300CD机的两种加速器靶驱动装置的故障排查方法和维修操作流程及注意事项。方法：解析比较两种电子直线加速器的靶驱动装置,通过对两种机型所配备的靶装置及靶驱动装置在原理和构造方面的详细解析,对两种加速器的靶驱动装置在功能、结构等方面的异同进行对比。结合维修实例的回顾,使故障排查和维修操作流程清晰、完整。结果：两种机型所配备的靶驱动装置的故障排查方法清晰,维修操作流程完整详尽。结论：两种机型所配备的靶驱动装置的故障排查方法和维修操作流程正确、清晰、完整。%Objective：To introduce the methods and key issues in maintenance of two types of target drive for accelerator manufactured in Sweden and USA.Methods：The principles of the two types of target drive were introduced. Meanwhile, the maintenance of the two types was described. Results：Through analyzing and comparing the two types of target drive in structure and function in combination with actual cases of troubleshooting, we put forward complete solutions for their maintenance. Conclusion：The methods and workflow of the breakdown inspection and maintenance of the 2 types of target drive are accurate, clear and complete.
