肺是艾滋病(AIDS)相关机会性感染(OI)常见部位,有很高的发病率和死亡率.AIDS肺部OI的病原谱广泛,包括细菌、分枝杆菌、真菌、病毒及寄生虫等,但最常见的还是细菌、分枝杆菌和真菌.其临床表现及诊治方面都存在一定的特点.本文对AIDS肺部OI相关特征进行综述,希望对读者有益.%Pulmonary is a common target organ of opportunistic infection (OI) in acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS),with a high incidence and mortality.The pathogenic spectrum of the pulmonary OI in AIDS is widespread,including bacteria,mycobacteria,fungi,viruses and parasites,and bacterial fungi,but the most common bacteria are bacterial,mycobacteria and fungi.There are certain characteristics in the clinical manifestation and the diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,the related characteristics of pulmonary OI in AIDS a reviewed,and hope is beneficial to the reader.
