Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of impulse IQ in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder with syndrome of blockade of cold-dampness.Methods Fifty-six cases of patients with temporomandibular joint disorder with syndrome of blockade of cold-dampness treated in Outpatient Department of Rehabilitation,Cixi Sixth People's Hospital from October 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group (28 cases) and control group (28 cases) by random number table method.The observation group was treated with SIT6000 impulse IQ,while the control group was treated with acupuncture with the main points of SI19,ST-7and ST6.After treatment for 7 days,the visual analogue scale (VAS),temporomandibular joint dysfunction index (DI),palpation index (PI),and Fricton index (CMI) of the two groups were used to evaluate efficacy.Results After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were all significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),the scores of DI,PI and CMI in the observation group were all significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS,DI,PI and CMI in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Impulse IQ can significantly improve the function of temporomandibular joint and relieve the pain of temporomandibular joint disorder in patients with temporomandibular joint disorder with syndrome of blockade of colddampness.%目的 观察智能脉冲枪治疗寒湿痹阻型颞下颌关节紊乱的临床效果.方法 将2016年10月～2017年4月于浙江省慈溪市第六人民医院康复科门诊就诊的56例寒湿痹阻型颞下颌关节紊乱患者应用随机数字表法随机分为观察组(28例)和对照组(28例).观察组应用SIT6000智能脉冲枪治疗,对照组以听宫、下关、颊车为主穴进行针刺治疗.两组均于入组治疗后7d应用视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颞下颌关节功能障碍指数(DI)、肌肉压痛指数(PI)及Fricton指数(CMI)评价疗效.结果 治疗后,两组VAS评分均显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05),观察组DI、PI及CMI评分明显低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组治疗后VAS、DI、PI及CMI评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 智能脉冲枪可以明显改善寒湿痹阻型颞下颌关节紊乱患者的颞下颌关节功能,缓解由此导致的疼痛.
