Metastasis is one of the most important biological characteristics of malignant tumor,and it is the main risk factor to the patient's life.Bcl-2 is considered as a key factor in anti-apoptosis,but recent studies show that Bcl-2 may play an important role in promoting tumor metastasis.In this paper,review the function of bcl-2 in regulating cell migration,invasion and tumor metastasis and discuss associated molecular mechanism in cellular,animal models and patients levels,and also make a prospect for the therapeutic strategy to target Bcl-2,in order to provide a basis for the inhibition of tumor metastasis.%转移是恶性肿瘤最主要的生物学特性之一,是危及患者生命的主要原因.Bcl-2分子一直以来被认为是抗凋亡的关键因子,但近期研究表明Bcl-2分子在促进肿瘤转移中也发挥重要作用.本文从细胞水平、动物模型和临床样本三个方面,针对Bcl-2分子在调节细胞迁移、侵袭和肿瘤转移中的作用及相关分子机制进行论述,并对以Bcl-2分子为靶标的治疗策略进行展望,期望为抑制肿瘤转移提供依据.
