Objective To analyze the occurrence regularity and characteristics of drug-induced allergic purpura retrospectively,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods Through retrieving CNKI full-text database,Wanfang database and VIP database,the literatures of case reports about adverse reaction of allergic purpura caused by drugs reported in domestic medical journals from January 2000 to June 2016 were collected,and the data of literatures was analyzed.Results Ninety-six references were finally met with the requirements,with 103 patients.Patients with drug-induced allergic purpura were mostly occurred in the male.Among the patients of this research,there were 10 cases with drug allergy history,2 cases with food allergy history;the most original disease was respiratory disease (28 cases),the next was skeleton system diseases (13 cases);the main drug of causing allergic purpura was antibacterial agents,accounted for 31.07％,followed by traditional Chinese medicine preparations,accounted for 15.53％;the minimum time of causing allergic purpura was 5 min,the maximum time was 11 months;the main administration route was oral (47 cases),followed by intravenous drip (42 cases).Conclusion A variety of drugs can cause allergic purpura,which reminds that the medical staff should strengthen the drug monitoring in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to prevent or avoid the occurrence of drug-induced allergic purpura.%目的 回顾性分析药源性过敏性紫癜的发生规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 通过检索CNKI期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普网数据库,收集2000年1月～2016年6月国内医药期刊报道的由药物引发的过敏性紫癜的不良反应的个案报道文献,对文献资料分析.结果 最终符合要求的文献96篇,患者103例.发生药源性过敏性紫癜男性患者居多,本组患者中,有药物过敏史者10例,有食物过敏史者2例;原患疾病最多的是呼吸道疾病(28例),其次是骨骼系统疾病(13例);引起过敏性紫癜的药物主要为抗菌药物,占31.07％,其次为中药制剂,占15.53％;发生过敏性紫癜的最短时间为5 min,最长时间为11个月;给药途径中以口服给药为主(47例),其次为静脉滴注给药(42例).结论 多种药物可引起过敏性紫癜,提醒临床医务人员在诊疗过程中加强用药监测,预防或避免药源性过敏性紫癜的发生.
