Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of ICU nurses’ knowledge,attitudes and practices (KAP) about sedation in Shiyan.Methods This study was a convenience study,from January to June 2016,a total of 147 ICU nurses from Shiyan Taihe Hospital,Shiyan People's Hospital and Dongfeng General Hospital were interviewed.The measurement instrument included self-designed basic information questionnaire about ICU nurses and ICU nurses' KAP questionnaire.Results ICU nurses' sedation nursing KAP total score was (62.08±10.42) points,the score of each dimension were (10.79±2.05),(27.74±3.51),(23.37±4.36) points.Education,length of ICU working,professional ranks of nurses and ICU specialized nurses or not were the main factors influencing the level of ICU nurses’ KAP (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion ICU nurses' KAP are in the middle levels,which are influenced by education,length of ICU working,professional ranks and ICU specialized nurses or not.ICU managements should be combined with the weak link of different nurses to carry out targeted training to improve clinical quality of sedation.%目的 探讨十堰地区ICU护士镇静护理知信行现状及影响因素.方法 2016年1～6月应用自编一般资料调查表和ICU护士镇静护理知信行调查问卷对采用便利抽样方法选取来自十堰市太和医院、十堰市人民医院和东风公司总医院的147名ICU护士进行问卷调查.结果 ICU护士镇静护理知信行总得分为(62.08±10.42)分,各维度得分分别为(10.79±2.05)、(27.74±3.51)、(23.37±4.36)分;文化程度、ICU工作经验、职称以及是否ICU专科护士是影响ICU护士镇静护理知信行水平的主要因素(P＜0.05).结论 ICU护士镇静护理知信行整体处于中等水平,且受文化程度、ICU工作经验、职称以及是否ICU专科护士等因素的影响.ICU管理者应结合不同护士的薄弱环节开展针对性培训教育以提高临床镇静护理的质量.
