预见性护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者护理满意度及负性情绪的影响

         

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of predictive nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction and negative emotion in patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatic failure.Methods 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatic failure treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected.All the patients were divided into routine nursing group and predictive nursing intervention group according to the random number table,40 cases in each group.The hospitalization time,nursing quality evaluation score,nursing defects score,nursing satisfaction and negative emotion between two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time was shorter and the nursing quality score was higher and nursing defect score was lower in predictive nursing intervention group when compared with routine nursing group,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of predictive nursing intervention group was higher than that of routine nursing group,with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in two groups after nursing were lower than before nursing,predictive nursing intervention group was more pronounced than routine nursing group,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing intervention applied in patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatic failure can shorten hospitalization time,improve the quality of nursing service and satisfaction,reduce negative emotion,when compared with routine nursing.%目的 探究预见性护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者护理满意度及负性情绪的影响.方法 选取中国医科大学附属第一医院2014年8月~2016年8月收治的80例慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者,采取随机数字表法分为常规护理组与预见性护理干预组,每组各40例,比较两组住院时间、护理质量评分、护理缺陷评分、护理满意度及负性情绪.结果 预见性护理干预组与常规护理组相比住院时间缩短、护理质量评分升高、护理缺陷评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).预见性护理干预组与常规护理组相比护理满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者护理后焦虑抑郁评分与护理前相比均降低,预见性护理干预组与常规护理组相比上述评分降低更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 预见性护理干预相比于常规护理应用于慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者中可缩短住院时间,提高护理服务质量及满意度,降低负性情绪.
