In the clinical work,1 uremic case in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University during the application of Linezolid was observed and studied.The patient's death occurred,because of related encephalopathy and despite all treatment.In this case,it could be concluded that patients with uremic were likely to lead to the accumulation of Linezolid.The dose and time of taken Linezolid should be reduced when it was necessarily used.Otherwise there will be serious adverse consequences,even cause the patient's death.In clinical practice,additional attention should be paid to this scenario.%在临床工作中观察并研究1例尿毒症患者于吉林大学中日联谊医院住院期间应用利奈唑胺后的临床表现及其治疗方法,该患者最终的结局是产生相关脑病后,因治疗无效死亡.在本文中从该病例中可以总结出:尿毒症患者容易导致利奈唑胺的蓄积,在必要应用利奈唑胺时,应减少利奈唑胺的量及时间,否则将会产生严重的不良后果,甚至会引起患者的死亡.临床工作中务必要加以重视.
