Objective To explore the application of the HTP test in the junior students from earthquake-stricken area, in order to provide new ideas for mental health evaluation of adolescent after earthquake. Methods 207 junior students in Lushan and 202 junior students from the non-quake area were investigated 2 weeks after the earthquake by using HTP and SRQ-20. Results Not only in the general score of SRQ-20, but also in scores of psychic trauma, depression and anxiety dimension significant differences were existed between the two areas (P<0.01). The total score of SRQ-20 was significantly correlated with psychic trauma, depression, anxiety of HTP (P<0.01). Conclusion HTP test is able to probe that the earthquake caused trauma impacted on students' mental health in Lushan, who need strengthen the ef-fective psychological intervention. HTP test as a non questionnalre assessment tool to evaluate the mental health status of adolescent victims after disasters has a great application value.%目的：探索房树人（HTP）测验在芦山地震灾区初中生中的应用情况，为灾后青少年心理健康状况评估提供新思路。方法采用HTP测验和心理健康自评问卷（SRQ-20）在芦山地震2周后对207名灾区初中生和202名非灾区初中生进行调查分析。结果灾区和非灾区初中生在SRQ-20总分及HTP测验的心理创伤特征、焦虑特征、抑郁特征三个维度上得分差异均有高度统计学意义（P<0.01）；HTP测验的心理创伤特征、焦虑特征、抑郁特征和SRQ-20总分均存在相关性（均P<0.01）。结论 HTP测验能够洞察到地震造成的创伤严重影响了芦山灾区初中生的心理健康，需要加强有效的心理干预。 HTP测验作为评估灾后青少年心理健康状况的非问卷式评估工具，具有很大的应用价值。
