Along with the society the doctor-patient contradiction increased, improving the doctor-patient communica-tion ability of medical students has become an important thing of medical education. But training of doctor-patient communication ability has received little attention in most nuclear medicine teaching, the course lacks of humanities knowledge of doctor-patient communication aspects, doctor-patient communication contents and skills of practical work. The authors summarize the clinical work and teaching experience, through the application of various teaching methods, merged the doctor-patient communication content and skills into the whole teaching process, at the same time continue to perfected the appraisal system, effectively improve the students' ability of doctor-patient communication.%随着当今社会医患矛盾的不断加深,提高医学生医患沟通能力成为医学教育的重要内容。但在大多数核医学教学中医患沟通能力的培养并没有得到重视,课程内容缺乏医患沟通方面的人文科学知识,更很少涉及核医学实际工作中医患交流的内容及技巧。笔者通过分析总结临床工作及教学工作中的经验,应用多种高效的教学方法,将医患沟通相关内容及交流技巧融入整个理论课及实习课的教学过程中,同时不断完善医学生医患沟通的考评体系,有效地提高了学生的医患沟通能力。
