Cold pathogen, one of the six pathogenic qi, is closely related to the development of tumor. The paper ex-plores the pathogenesis of tumor and provides a theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of tumor, based on The Inner Canon of Huangdi and combined with modern medical science. The relationship demonstrates as follows:cold pathogen is liable to tumor development; cold pathogen promotes tumor development through causing local qi movement disturbance;the fighting between cold pathogen and healthy qi leads to quick growth of tumor;cold pathogen hidden in the body causes the recurrence of tumor.%寒邪是六淫邪气之一，它与肿瘤的发生发展关系密切。本文基于《黄帝内经》，结合现代医学，对寒邪与肿瘤的发生发展关系的病机进行探究，从而为预防及治疗肿瘤的提供理论基础。寒邪与肿瘤的关系具体表现为以下四个方面：寒邪易致肿瘤的产生；寒邪诱发局部气机逆乱，促进肿瘤形成；寒邪与正气相搏是肿瘤迅速生长的原因；寒邪伏匿于体内，成为肿瘤复发的原因。
