Objective To investigate the chemotherapy treatment compliance of patients with gynaecological cancer and its influencing factors, in order to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods The self-designed ques-tionnaire was used, 100 cases of patients with gynaecological cancer given adjuvant chemotherapy in Navy General Hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were investigated retrospectively, including patients' basic situation, chemotherapy compliance, the subjective, objective factors related with patients' compliance. The data were statistically analyzed. Results Among 100 patients, 67 cases had good compliance, 33 cases had poor compliance. The compliance of patients with different culture degrees, medical payment, pathological staging, well-informed degrees, treatment atti-tude, self-care ability, extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs had statistically significant differences (P < 0.05); the compliance of patients with different ages had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The treatment compli-ance of patients with gynaecological cancer influences its treatment effect. In order to improve the quality of life of pa-tients with gynecological cancer, nurses should pay attention to patients' treatment compliance and the influence of physiological, psychological and social factors on it, to make nursing interventions more systematization.%目的：探讨妇科癌症患者化疗期治疗依从性及其影响因素，并提出相应对策。方法采用自行设计调查问卷，选择海军总医院2010年1月~2013年1月收治的行辅助化疗的妇科癌症患者100例进行回顾性调查，包括患者基本情况、化疗依从性及可能影响患者依从性的主观、客观因素，并对所得资料进行统计分析。结果本研究100例患者中依从性好的67例，依从性差的33例，不同文化程度、医疗付费方式、病理分期、知情程度、治病态度、自理能力、化疗药物外渗患者的治疗依从性比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；不同年龄患者治疗依从性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科癌症患者治疗依从性影响其治疗效果。为提高妇科癌症患者的生活质量，护士应关注患者的治疗依从性以及生理、心理、社会因素对治疗依从性的影响，使护理干预措施更加系统化。
