This paper analyzes the current situation of pharmaceutical logis-tics operations, points out the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to promote the integration of pharmaceutical logistics and management system, enhance the operational efficiency of pharmaceuti-cal logistics, thus make the pharmaceutical logistics structure develop to the positive direction.
