目的：探讨舒适护理在DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层(AD)患者支架置入术后的应用效果。方法选择沈阳医学院附属第二医院2012年3月~2013年3月收治的DeBakeyⅢ型AD患者68例，均使用支架置入治疗，术后随机分为两组，对照组34例和观察组34例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上使用舒适护理。比较两组满意度、并发症情况及焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分情况。结果观察者满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.90，P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者SAS得分[(41.74±4.87)分]明显低于对照组[(64.06±5.69)分]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能明显促进AD患者身心舒适，降低术后并发症的发生率，值得在临床护理工作中推广。%Objective To explore the comfortable nursing apply effect in patients with DeBakeyⅢ aortic dissection (AD) after carotid stenting. Methods 68 cases of DeBakeyⅢ AD from March 2012 to March 2013 in the Second Hos-pital Affiliated to Shenyang Medical College were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional care, the observation group was treated with the comfortable nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The nursing satisfaction, complications, SAS scale scores in the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=15.90, P<0.05); the incidence of complications in ob-servation group was obviously lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The SAS scores in observation group [(41.74±4.87) points] was lower than that in control group [(64.06±5.69) points], the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing can obviously promote the pa-tient's physical and mental comfort, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and is worthy of population in clinical nursing work.
