相同对比度彩色图形视觉诱发电位在儿童早期色觉改变筛查中的应用可行性

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the application feasibility of isocontrast color pattern visual evoked potential (PVEP)in early screening of childhood color vision changes. Methods 40 cases of normal children with eye examination at our hospital from June to December 2011 were selected, and they were given color (red-black, green-black) and non-color (white-black) visual stimulation in iso-contrast conditions, color brightness was controlled by spectrophotometer, the visual evoked potential was detected and compared. Results The PVEP waveform of red-black, green-black visual stimulation was similar with waveform of white-black visual stimulation; P1, N1 peak time and relative amplitude (P1 +N1) in the three visual stimuli of left and right eye compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); P1, N1 peak time of red-black, green-black stimulate was significantly longer than white-black stimulation (P < 0.05), and those of red-black, green-black stimulate was not significant different (P > 0.05); P1+N1 of red-black, green-black stimulate was significantly lower than white-black stimulation (P < 0.05); P1 + Nl of red-black stimulus was significantly lower than the green-black stimulation (P <0.05). Conclusion The waveform of iso-contrast color pattern visual evoked potential is stable, it rule out the interfere of different color contrast, so it can be used for early screening of asymptomatic anomalopia in childhood.%目的 探讨相同对比度彩色图形视觉诱发电位在儿童早期色觉改变筛查中的应用可行性.方法 选择湖北医药学院附属人民医院2011年6~12月进行眼科检查的正常儿童40例,对其进行相同对比度条件下彩色(红-黑、绿-黑)与非彩色(白-黑)视觉刺激,采用分光光度计进行颜色亮度控制,检测儿童的视觉诱发电位,并进行统计比较.结果红-黑、绿-黑视觉刺激条件下视觉诱发电位波形(PVEP)与白-黑视觉刺激下PVEP波形相似,左右眼在3种视觉刺激的峰时(P1、N1)及相对振幅(P1+N1)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05);红-黑、绿-黑刺激下P1峰时明显长于白-黑刺激(P < 0.05),红-黑、绿-黑刺激下P1峰时差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);红-黑、绿-黑刺激下N1峰时明显长于白-黑刺激(P < 0.05),红-黑、绿-黑刺激下N1峰时差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);红-黑、绿-黑刺激下P1+N1明显小于白-黑刺激(P < 0.05);红-黑刺激下的P1+N1明显小于绿-黑刺激(P < 0.05).结论 相同对比度彩色图形视觉诱发电位检查所获得波形稳定,排除了色彩的对比度不同对检查结果的干扰,可用于儿童早期无症状色觉异常的筛查.
