目的 了解农村高血压患者健康知识水平及相关危险行为,为有针对性开展健康教育工作提供参考.方法 采用现场测量血压和问卷方式对云浮市云城区600例农村高血压患者进行高血压相关知识和行为调查,根据血压水平将患者分为三组:高血压1级组中(n=252),患者收缩压为140～159mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),舒张压为90～99mm Hg;高血压2级组中(n=197),患者收缩压为160～179mmHg,舒张压为100～109 mm Hg;高血压3级组中(n =151),患者收缩压≥180mmHg,舒张压≥110 mm Hg.观察各组高血压知识知晓率、相关危险行为和服药行为.结果 高血压1级组高血压知识知晓率和服药行为明显优于高血压2级组及高血压3级组(P＜0.05),危险行为明显少于其余两组(P＜0.05)；高血压2级组高血压知识知晓率和服药行为明显优于高血压3级组(P＜0.05),危险行为明显少于高血压3级组(P＜0.05).结论 高血压相关知识和行为对于高血压的控制极为必要,应该加强基层的高血压防治教育.%Objective To understand the health knowledge level and relevant risk behaviors of hypertensive patients in rural areas and provide reference for implementing specific health education work.Methods The hypertension related knowledge and behaviors of 600 hypertensive patients in rural areas of Yuncheng District in Yunfu City were investigated using the field measurement of blood pressure and the questionnaire.The patients were divided into 3 groups according to the blood pressure level:patients of grade 1 hypertension group (n =252) had 140-159 mm Hg (1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa) of SBP and 90-99 mm Hg of DBP,patients of grade 2 hypertension group (n =197) had 160-179 rnm Hg of SBP and 100-109 mm Hg of DBP,patients of grade 3 hypertension group (n =151) had ≥ 180 mm Hg of SBP and ≥ 110 mm Hg of DBP.The hypertension knowledge awareness rate,relevant risk behaviors and medication behaviors were observed.Results The grade 1 hypertension group was significantly higher than the other two groups in the hypertension knowledge awareness rate and the medication behaviors (P ＜ 0.05),and significantly lower in the medication behaviors (P ＜ 0.05).The grade 2 hypertension group was significantly higher than the grade 3 hypertension group in the hypertension knowledge awareness rate and the medication behaviors (P ＜ 0.05),and significantly lower in the medication behaviors (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Hypertension-related knowledge and behaviors are quite necessary for the control of hypertension,and the prevention and education of hypertension should be strengthened in the grassroots level.
