参知健脑胶囊对记忆障碍小鼠模型行为学的影响

         

摘要

目的 观察参知健脑胶囊对再现性、巩固性、获得性记忆障碍小鼠模型行为学的影响.方法 均以跳台成绩为依据,将ICR小鼠随机为空白组、模型组、西药组、超大剂量组、大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组,每组18只.灌胃用药7 d后用30%乙醇、12.5 mg/mL亚硝酸钠、0.3 mg/mL东莨菪碱致再现性、巩固性、获得性记忆障碍小鼠模型造模,记录避暗被动躲避训练中各组动物的潜伏期、电击次数,并统计分析.结果 在再现性记忆障碍模型中,与模型组比较,西药组(吡拉西坦)及大、中、小剂量组潜伏期、电击次数,差异均有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01);在巩固性记忆障碍模型中,与模型组比较,西药组(安理申)及中剂量组的潜伏期,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05或P < 0.01);在获得性记忆障碍模型中,与模型组比较,大、中、小剂量组的潜伏期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P< 0.01).结论 在行为学方面,参知健脑胶囊中剂量对再现性及巩固性记忆障碍模型均有较稳定的改善学习记忆成绩的作用.%Objective To observe the effects of Shenzhijiannao Capsule on ethology of memory impairment medol in mice. Methods According to the scores of step down test, ICR mice were grouped with method of block randomization into control group, model group, western group, oversized large dose group, large dose group, medium dose group, small dose group, with 18 mice per group. After 7 days'drug administration, reproducibility memory impairment model was duplicated with 30% ethanol in gavage, consolidation of memory impairment model with 12.5 mg/mL Sodium nitrite, and acquired memory impairment model with 0.3 mg/mL Scopolamine. Then the latency and the number of electric shock as the evaluation were recorded in mouse passive avoidance test. Results In reproducibility memory impairment model, there were siginificant differences found on the atency and the number of electric shock in western group (Piracetam), large dose group, medium dose group and small dose group compared to model group (P < 0.01). In consolidation of memory impairment model, there were siginificant differences found on the atency in western group (Anlishen), medium dose group compared to model group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). In acquired memory impairment model, there were siginificant differences found on the atency in large dose group, medium dose group, small dose group compared to control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion The medium dose of Shenzhijiannao Capsule has more stable therapy effects in improving results of learning and memory on reproducibility memory impairment model, acquired memory impairment model and consolidation of memory impairment model.
