This paper studies and summarizes the management regulations and scientific management methods of the tropical diseases institute of Zhongshan school of medicine, Sun Yat-Sen university, which provides efficient, standardized and humane management for the pathogenic biology laboratory, and gives full play to the overall function of the laboratory in order to provide strong guarantee for scientific researches and experimental teaching.%本研究学习、总结中山大学中山医学院热带病研究所管理的规章制度和科学管理方法,对病原生物学实验室进行高效、规范化、人性化管理,充分发挥实验室的整体功能,为科研和实验教学提供有力保障.
