脉管性疾病临床常见,可分为血管瘤和脉管畸形两大类.脉管性疾病的治疗方法很多,但各种治疗方法均有其自身的局限性,正确诊断和治疗脉管性畸形仍然困扰临床.药物治疗脉管性疾病是目前临床最常用的方法,其中应用抗肿瘤药物治疗脉管性疾病已经广泛应用于临床,并取得了很好的疗效.本文对不同种类抗肿瘤药物治疗脉管性疾病的机制、疗效及副作用以及最新研究进展等方面进行了介绍.%Vascular anomalies are commonly encountered in clinical and sub-divided into two categories, vascular tumors (hemangioma) and vascular malformations. Multiple treatment options exist for Vascular anomalies, but different treatment has their own defects. The correct diagnosis and treatment of Vascular anomalies is also a challenge in clinic. Pharmacotherapy especially using antineoplastics to treat vascular anomalies is commonly used in clinic and has an obvious effect. This article primarily introduces the mechanism, curative effect, side effect and latest research progress in using antineoplastics to treat vascular anomalies.
