目的 探讨生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测72例肺癌组织及30例肺正常组织中Ghrelin的表达,分析在不同临床病理指标下Ghrelin的表达情况.结果 在肺癌组织中Ghrelin阳性率为58.33％,显著高于正常肺组织的13.33％(P＜ 0.05)；Ghrelin表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移有相关性(P＜ 0.05),与性别、是否吸烟、病理分型、病理分级无关(P＞0.05).结论 肺癌组织中Ghrelin过度表达,可能对肺癌的发生发展及侵袭转移起着一定的作用.%Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of ghrelin in non -small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression of ghrelin was detected in 72 lung cancerous tissues and 30 normal tissues using im-munohistochemical staining method, to analyze the expression of ghrelin in the different clinicopathological parameters. Results The expression of ghrelin in lung cancerous tissues (58.33%) was significantly higher than that in lung normal tissues (13.33%) (P< 0.05), the ghrelin positive rate was 58.33% in lung cancer tissue; there was correlation between the expression of ghrelin and clinical staging, lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05), but no correlation with gender, smoking, pathological type, histological grade (P > 0.05). Conclusion Ghrelin over expression maybe related to the pathogenesis and development of lung cancer.
