Objective To explore the methods and laws of the color Doppler ultrasound in peripheral nerve sheath of tumor diagnosis. Methods 46 patients with circumference axilemma class tumor were selected, who were diagnosed by GE Vivid7, TOSHIBA SSA-660A and SIMENS Sequoia-512 the colored Doppler supersonic diagnostic equipment, the 5-15 MHz wide band array probe head was used to observe. Results The tumors were into class round, oval and spindle tumor boundary fuzzy situation, envelope integrity. Uneven distribution of tumor with low echo. Conclusion The ultrasonic detection of the level echo from the limbs in the sonographic nerve and brachial plexus can simply tell patients suffering from peripheral nerve sheath tumor symptoms, it provides an accurate reference for doctors to select the clinical-surgical methods and surgical data and greatly to reduce the misdiagnosis.%目的 探究彩色多普勒超声对外周神经鞘类肿瘤的诊断分析的方法和规律.方法 选取46例外周神经鞘类肿瘤患者,采用GE公司Vivid7型、东芝公司SSA-660A型和西门子Sequoia-512彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,5～15 MHz线阵探头进行观察.结果 肿瘤均成类圆形、类椭圆形和梭形,肿块边界无模糊情况,包膜完整.肿瘤以低回声为主,分布不均匀.结论 超声探测可从外周神经的高低回声中简单分辨出患者是否患有外周神经鞘类肿瘤,为临床医生选择手术方法、方式提供了准确的参考数据,大大降低了误诊的发生和对周围神经的损伤.
