Objective To explore the application of nasal endoscopy television system in the suspension laryngoscope vocal cord surgery. Methods From January 2006 to December 2010, microscope was replaced by nasal endoscopy in laryngeal microsurgery in the authors' department. Since then, 64 cases were treated and followed up for 6 to 12 months. Results 64 patients had successful surgery, 46 cases (71.9%) were cured, 18 cases (28.1%) showed improvement, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Application of nasal endoscopy television system in laryngeal microsurgery has a clear vision and is easy to operate and minimally invasive. It also has fewer complications. Thus it is suitable for application in the primary hospitals.%目的 探讨鼻内镜电视系统在支撑喉镜声带手术中的应用.方法我科于2006年1月～2010年12月,应用鼻内镜取代显微镜开展喉显微手术,完成64例,随访6~12个月.结果 64例均成功完成手术,治愈46例(71.9%),好转18例(28.1%),总有效率为100%.结论鼻内镜电视系统在喉显微手术中具有视野清晰、操作简便、微创、术后并发症少等优点,适合基层医院开展.
