目的 探讨Dlk-1蛋白在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 收集我院53例结肠癌术后病理切片,应用免疫组化的方法检测Dlk-1蛋白在结肠癌组织及19例癌旁正常组织中的表达情况.结果 Dlk-1蛋白在结肠癌组的表达(54.72%)与癌旁正常组织中的表达(0)差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01).结肠癌中Dlk-1蛋白的阳性表达随着肿瘤组织分化程度的降低而明显升高,随着临床分期的增高而升高.结论 Dlk-1的表达与结肠癌的发生、发展有密切相关,将为临床结肠癌的治疗及预后判断提供新的思路.%Objective To explore the expression of Dlk-1 in colorectal carcinoma and Its clinical significance. Methods The expression of Dlk-1 protein was detected In 53 colorectal carcinoma samples and 19 normal mucosas by Immunohisto-ohemistry SP melhod. The relationship beiween them was analyzed. Results The positive expression of Dlk-1 protein was 54.72%. But Dlk-1 protein was 0 in normal colorectal tissues. The difference between two groups was statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05). Dlk-1 protein expression of colon cancer with the degree of differentiation of tumor tissue was significantly higher with higher clinical stage and increased. Conclusion The expression of Dlk 1 protein was significantly related with colorectal carcinoma, which could supply new Ideas to the treatment and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
