灵活运用启发式教学,争取教学效果最佳化

         

摘要

To advocate heuristic teaching in higher education for many years, it has been !.hc research focus of domesticrnand foreign teaching methods. It is not a teaching method or a simplistic, formulaic pattern, but a general term of teachingrnideology, leaching principles, teaching methods or manner. According to the writers'many years of research and practice inrnmedical university, to insist, on the student as the main and teacher-led, to mobilize the students'motivation to learn andrnenthusiasm, students active thinking, proposed analysis and problem-solving skills follow the student reality, flexible use ofrnheuristic teaching, the teachers can get the best teaching results, conducive to high quality innovative medical personnelrntraining.%虽然我国在高等院校提倡启发式教学已经多年,但启发式教学仍然一直是国内外教学方法研究的热点,它不是一般的教学方法或一种简单化、公式化的模式,而是一种教学指导思想、教学原则、教学方法或方式的总称.笔者通过在医学院校多年的教学实践和比较研究,对启发式教学有了更深的体会和心得.在教学中坚持以学生为主体,教师为主导,从学生实际出发,以调动学生学习主动性和积极性,培养学生主动思考、提出、分析和解决问题的能力为基础,灵活运用启发式教学,可以取得最佳化的教学效果,有利于高素质创新型医学人才的培养.
