Objective: To analyze the situation of 436 prescriptions in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital. Methods: 436 prescriptions in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital from December 2009 to March 2010 were studied,then the service condition of antibacterial agents, associated medication, methods for application, medical record writing, whether rational drug use and situation of medication of each department were studied and analyzed. Results: The proportion of antibacterial drug usage was 73.62％, proportion of a kind of antibacterial agents was 216 pre scription (67.29％), proportion of two kinds of antibacterial agents was 83 prescription (25.86％), proportion of three and over three kinds of antibacterial agents was 22 prescription (6.85％), and the proportions of department of obstetrics and gy-necology, respiratory and gastroenterology were higher, proportion of rational drug use was higher, and the expenses were lower. Conclusion: The situation of prescription in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital still exists some problems, should be paid more attention to.%目的:分析我院436张门急诊处方用药情况.方法:选取2009年12月～2010年3月于我院门诊开具的436张门急诊处方进行研究,将其抗菌药使用情况、联用情况、用药方式、病历书写、用药是否合理及各科室应用情况等进行研究及统计.结果:抗菌药所用比例为73.62%,使用一种抚菌药者为216张(6729%),二种联用者为83张(25.86%),三种及以上联用者22张(6.85%),其中妇产科、呼吸科及消化科所占比例较高,同时用药合理所占比例较高,而用药费用较低.结论:我院门诊用药情况仍然存在一定的问题,需要加强注意,引起重视.
