Objective: To parpare Boric acid Liniments which can meet the clinical requirements. Methods: Desingned reasonable prescription, estabished qulity control method and studied the clinical application. Results: The content of Boric acid was determined by adding mannitol. The average recovery was 99.7％ with a RSD of 1.67％ (n=5); the preparation was safe and the total effective rate was 99.7％. Conclusion: The preparing technique is simple, the quality control is reliable and showing a good prosperity of application in the clinic.%目的:为满足临床需要研制一种硼酸搽剂.方法:设计配伍合理的处方,建立处方的制备工艺及质量控制方法,并进行临床应用方面的研究.结果:采用加入甘露醇法测定硼酸含量,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.67%(n=5).临床应用安全有效,总有效率达99%.结论:该制剂制备工艺简单,质量控制方法准确可靠,适合于临床应用.
