目的:探讨中药熏洗结合促通技术治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征临床效果.方法:将60例脑卒中后并发肩-手综合征患者分为中药熏洗组(治疗组)30例和温水泡洗组(对照组)30例,两组均行促通技术康复训练.治疗10 d后评定疗效.结果:治疗组偏瘫侧肩痛、关节活动度、水肿等与治疗前比较有明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中药熏洗结合促通技术能提高脑卒中后肩-手综合征的康复治疗效果,早期干预疗效尤为显著.%Objective: To investigate the effect of herb soaking and facilitation technique in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods: 60 patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke were divided into the treatment group (30 cases) which was given herb soaking and control group (30 cases) which was given warm water to wash. All the patients were treated with facilitation technique training. Results: The shoulder pain, range of motor, dropsy of the treatment group were more obviously improved than that of the control group, and there were statistically significant in two groups (ρ＜0.05). Conclusion: The herb soaking and facilitation technique is more effective on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke, particularly at early intervention.
