目的:评价强化门诊随访对高血压患者预后的影响.方法:2005年8月～2009年12月收治862例高血压患者,按是否定期于高血压门诊随访分为强化门诊随访组和常规随访组,观察患者预后及血压控制情况.结果:强化门诊随访组患者死亡与再次住院率联合终点显著低于常规随访组(11.65%比38.44%,P<0.05);强化门诊随访组血压控制率高于常规随访组(42.23%比14.15%,P<0.01).结论:强化高血压门诊随访可降低高血压患者的病死率和再住院率,提高高血压患者的血压控制率,改善生活质量.%Objective: To test the efficacy of intensive clinic follow-up for outpatients with hypertension on outcome. Methods: All patients diagnosed as hypertension in our hospital between August 2005 to December 2009 were included in this study. The patients were divided into two intensive follow-up (IF) and usual care (UC) groups. Endpoints including death or rehospitalization, the control rate of blood pressure. Results: A total of 862 patients were enrolled (445 patients in IF group and 417 patients in US group), mortality and readmission rate (11.65％ vs 38.44％, ρ＜0.05) were significantly higher in UC group than in IF group. The control rate of blood pressure in IF group was higher than UC group (42.23％ vs 14.15％, ρ＜0.01). Conclusion: Intensive clinic follow-up for outpatients with hypertension in hypertension clinic can improve the control rate of blood pressure, reduce the death rate, improve quality of life.
