Objective: To optimize the conditions for the alcohol extraction of paeoniflor in Huoluo Jiangu Capsules. Methods: With the paeoniflor content as index, orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence factors, including the eoncentra-tion of alcohol, the extracting time and the amount of alcohol. Results: The optimum process was 8 times of 80％ alcohol, extracting 2 times and 1 hours each time. Conclusion: The process is efficient, stable and suitable for determination of paeoniflor of Huoluo Jiangu Capsules.%目的:优选活络健骨胶囊剂的最佳提取工艺条件.方法:采用正交试验对活络健骨胶囊剂的醇提工艺进行优化,以高效液相色谱法测定样品中芍药苷的含量.结果:活络健骨胶囊剂的最佳醇提取工艺条件为A283C2D2,即用8倍量80%的乙醇回流提取2次,每次1 h.结论:本实验为活络健骨胶囊剂的生产工艺提供了科学的依据.
