Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety about the treatment of hypefiension with amlodipine besylate.Methods: 100 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group, n=50.the control group was given nifedipine; the observation group received the treatment with amlodipine besyWe.One course lasted 8 weeks.After one course, the two groups were compared on the heart rate, blood pressure and adverse reaction rate.Results:After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than the control group.the heart rate changes before and after treatment in both groups was not significant; obvious effective rate and effective rate of the observation group was 74.O％ and 96.0％, which was higher than 62.0％ and 86.0％ of the control group; the two groups showed no statistically significant in adverse effects.Conclusion: Amlodipine besylate is a safe and effective treatment for hypertension%目的:探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床疗效及安全性.方法:将社区门诊确诊的100例高血压患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例,对照组给予硝苯地平治疗;观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,8周为1个疗程,两组均治疗1个疗程后,观察临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后的心率和血压变化情况及不良反应发生率.结果:观察组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),两组治疗前后心率变化无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组的显效率为74.0%,总有效率为96.0%,均高于对照组的62.0%和86.0%(P＜0.05);两组不良反应比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平是一种安全有效的治疗高血压药物.
