目的:探讨甘草锌颗粒联合罗红霉素治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效及安全性.方法:采用随机对照的临床实验.治疗组连续口服甘草锌颗粒、罗红霉素6～8周;对照组口服维生素B<,6>片、螺内酯片、克林霉素分散片、栀子金花丸6～8周.每双周随访,记录皮损变化并观察不良反应,第8周判定疗效.结果:治疗组治愈67例,显效30例,有效率为90.65%;对照组治愈52例,显效24例,有效率为89.41%,两组差异无统计学意义(χ<'2>值为0.244,P>0.05).结论:罗红霉素联合甘草锌治疗寻常痤疮有较好的治疗效果,且安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用.%Objective: To explore clinical efficacy and safety of Licorzinc Cranules combined with Roxithromycin in treatrnment of acne vulgaris. Methods: randomized controlled clinical trials was adopted, treatment group was treated with conrntinuous oral Licorzinc Granules, Roxithromycin 6 to 8 weeks; control group was treated VitB6 Tablets, Spironolactone rnTablets, Clindamycin Dispersible Tablets, Gardenia Golden Flower pills 6 to 8 weeks. Biweekly follow-up, changes in lernsions were recorded and adverse reactions were observed, the efficacy was determined in the 8th weeks. Results: In treatrnment group, 67 patients were cured, 30 cases had marked effect, effective rate was 90.65％; in control group 52 cases were rncured, 24 cases had marked effect, effective rate was 89.41％, there were no significant difference between the two groups rn(x2value of 0.244, P＞0.05). Conclusion: Roxithromycin in treatment of acne vulgaris with Licorzinc Granules has a good rntreatment result and is safe, and worth of clinical application.
