孕期营养认知及饮食行为调查分析

         

摘要

Objective: To investigate the nutrition cognition, food and drink behavior of pregnancy.To knowing our region pregnant woman nutrition knowledge, attitude and food and drink behavior (KAP) current situation and correlated influential factor, provid scientific evidence to guide pregnant woman reasonable to drink and eat, to ensure the precursor and infant health.Methods: Apply the style of questionnaire investigation, refer to the KAP pattern the style of home and abroad frequently used.Designate personnel to investigate 485 cases of pregnant women who was do antenatal examination in our hospital from April to November 2010.Results: The pregnant woman was short of all-round knowledge about to pregnancy nutrition, but the nutrition attitude is common fairly good.It was reasonable that to intake grain, vegetable, fruit, fish meat and milk.It was unreasonable that to intake the food that pregnancy needs peculiarly, such as animal hepar, animal blood and fungi.They know litle about the three nutrients and the power proportion of them.It was positive correlation among nutrition Knowledge (K), attitude (A), food and drink behavior, the correlation coefficient (r) were 0.58 (K and A), 0.97 (K and P), 0.49 (A and P) (P<0.05).It was positive correlation between the level of education of the pregnant woman, the level of education of her husband, the habitancy place of the pregnant woman, and the KAP of the pregnant woman; the correlation coefficient (r) were 0.644, 0.576, 0.278 (P<0.05).Conclusion: The nutritional knowledge and eating behavior of this area pregnant women, especially in rural areas crowd need to improve.Strengthen transmission and guidance of Pregnancy nutrition, is the Important measures to guarantee pregnancy prandial balance, ensure the safety of maternal and infant.%目的:通过对孕期营养认知及饮食行为调查,了解本地区孕妇营养知识、态度与饮食行为(KAP)现状及相关影响因素,为指导孕妇合理营养,保证母婴健康提供科学依据.方法:采取问卷调查方法参考国内外较为流行的KAP模式进行问卷设计,由专人对2010年4~11月来我院产前检查的485例孕妇进行调查.结果:孕妇对孕期营养知识缺乏全而的了解,但营养态度普遍较好,饮食习惯方面对粮谷类、蔬菜水果类、鱼肉类、奶类的摄入频率较合理,对三大营养物质及其供能比例了解甚少,对孕期特殊需要的食物如动物肝脏、血与菌藻类摄入较低.营养知识(K)、态度(A)、饮食行为(P)之间呈正相关,K分与A分r=0.58,K分与P分r=0.97,A分与P分r=0.49(P<0.05).孕妇的营养KAP与本人、丈夫文化程度及居住地点呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.644、0.576、0.278(P<0.05).结论:本地区孕妇人群特别是农村孕妇营养知识和饮食行为有待改善,加强孕期营养宣教与指导,是保证孕期膳食平衡,保障母婴安全的重要措施.
