目的:观察植物大叶碎米荠水提取液的镇痛抗炎作用.方法:以大叶碎米荠为研究对象,采用小鼠热板法、小鼠扭体法观察镇痛作用,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、鸡蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿及毛细血管通透性实验模型观察抗炎作用.结果:大叶碎米荠水提取液能明显延长热板所致的小鼠舔后肢的时间;减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的次数;对小鼠耳肿胀及大鼠足肿胀均有显著的抑制作用;降低毛细血管的通透性;显著抑制醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔炎症渗出.结论:大叶碎米荠具有镇痛抗炎作用.%Objective: To evaluate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of extract fluid of Cardamine macrophylla Willd.. Methods: The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of extract fluid of Cardamine macrophylla Willd were observed by the hot-plate procedure, mice wringing test, auricula swelling caused by xylene, foot-plate swelling caused by egg white and the experimental model of capillaries permeability of abdominal capillaries in mice induced by acetic acid.Results: It was found that extract fluid of Cardamine macrophylla Willd. markedly increased the pain threshold in mice induced by hot plate, significantly reduced twisting times of mice induced by acetic acid, evidently suppressed mice auricula swelling induced by dimethylbenzene. It markedly inhibited rats foot-plate swelling inducing by egg white albumen. It reduced permeability of abdominal capillaries and inflammatory peritoneal exudation induced by acetic acid in mice. Conclusion: Cardamine macrophylla Willd. plays a significant role in anti-inflammation and analgesia.
