目的:探讨LEEP刀术后宫颈子宫内膜异位症发生的有效预防方法.方法:2009年10月~2010年3月,在徐州市妇幼保健医院妇科宫颈疾病中心因宫颈疾病而行LEEP刀术患者中,572例口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇2个周期(2个月)的患者为实验组(A组),982例未服用去氧孕烯炔雌醇的患者为对照组(B组).观察两组宫颈子宫内膜异位症的发生.结果:服用去氧孕烯炔雌醇组无一例发生宫颈子宫内膜异位症.宫颈子宫内膜异位症的发生率与未服用去氧孕烯炔雌醇组对比,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:LEEP刀术后口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇可以预防子宫内膜异位症的发生.%Objective: To investigate the effective methods of preventing the occurrence of cervical endometriosis after loop electrosurgical excision procedure. Methods: All the cases were selected from October 2009 to March 2010 in Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital's Gynecology and Cervical Disease Center. 572 cases who had taken Desogestrel -ethinylestradio Tablets for two cycles (two months) after the loop electrosurgical excision procedure were experimental group, 982 cases without Desogestrel-ethinylestradio Tablets after the loop electrosurgical excision procedure were control group. The incidence of cervical endometriosis in the two groups were observed. Results: No case of cervical endometriosis were found in the experimental group, whose incidence of cervical endometriosis was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: After loop electrosurgical excision procedure, taking Desogestrel-ethinylestradio Tablets is an effective method to prevent the occurrence of endometriosis on the cervix.
