Objective: To compare clinical therapeutic effects of the multimodality TCM nursing care and routine nursing care on the cold-dampness syndrome lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 102 cases were randomly divided into the observation group (n,=51) and the control group (n-51). Patients of the two groups were a]] given the conservative treatment. The control group was treated with routine nursing care, and the observation group was treated with the multimodality TCM nursing care including daily living regulating, gentle disposition regulating, diet, pain nursing, rehabilitation guidance func -iion, etc. The nursing effects of two groups were evaluated. Results: The cured effctive rate was 94.12% in the observation group, which was significantly better than that in the control group (82.35%), there was significant difference between the two grougs (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nmki modality TCM nursing care for treatment of the cold-dampness syndrome lumbar disc hcrniation has significantly therapeutic effects, and it is worth to promote in clinic.%目的:探讨中医综合护理在寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗患者康复中的效果.方法:选择符合诊断标准保守治疗的病例,共计102 例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各51 例,两组患者保守治疗手段一样,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,采用中医综合护理,包括生活起居调护、情志调护、饮食调理、疼痛护理、功能康复指导等.评价两组护理后疗效.结果:观察组有效率为94.12%,对照组有效率为82.35%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者功能康复明显优于对照组.结论:中医综合护理在促进寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者康复中效果显著,值得临床推广.
