Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy. Methods 100 cases of prostate cancer patients after radical prostatectomy admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, the control group (50 cases) was treated with basic therapy and routine nursing care; the observation group (50 cases) further received the comprehensive nursing intervention in psychological intervention,pelvic floor muscle training, bladder function training,dietary intervention.SAS and SDS scores,satisfaction, complications, incidence in patients were observed. Results The SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the incidence of nursing intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The patients with radical prostatectomy can effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary incontinence, shorten the time of urinary incontinence,improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the postoperative complications.%目的：探讨综合护理干预对根治性前列腺切除术后尿失禁的影响。方法选取我院2008年1月～2015年1月收治入院的100例前列腺癌患者作为研究对象，均行根治性前列腺切除术，术后随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组50例给予基本治疗和常规护理；观察组50例在此基础上，同时给予心理干预、盆底肌训练、膀胱功能训练、饮食干预等综合护理干预，观察患者SAS、SDS评分、满意度、并发症的发生率。结果观察组将患者护理干预后SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组，且两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者住院时间明显短于对照组，而依从性和满意度均明显高于对照组，且比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者护理干预后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，且比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论根治性前列腺切除术患者通过综合护理干预可有效预防术后尿失禁的发生，缩短尿失禁时间，改善患者生活质量，减少术后并发症。
