Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of citrate elderly functional constipation treated with Mosapride and Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule.Methods190 elderly patients with functional constipation were collected from May 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital for the study,the patients were divided into two groups randomly,there were 95 cases in each group.The control group treated with alone citrate Mosaprid.The study group treated with mosapride and Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule,all the patients were treated for 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy,laxative and stool abnormalities time score of two groups after 4 weeks were compared.Results The total effective rate,the purge rate in 48h of the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal stool symptom scores of the study group and the control group after treatment was lower than before treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the degree of reduction in the study group after treatment was significant higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional constipation treated with Mosapride and Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule is effective,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the purge time,clinical application can be in.%目的：探讨枸橼酸莫沙必利与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法收集2014年5月～2015年4月来我院治疗的老年功能性便秘患者190例作为研究对象，将患者随机分为两组，每组95例，对照组单独用枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗，研究组用枸橼酸莫沙必利与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合治疗，两组患者均治疗4周后对比临床疗效、通便时间及大便异常症状评分。结果研究组总有效率、48h内通便率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组和对照组治疗后大便异常症状评分与治疗前比较均降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），研究组治疗后大便异常症状评分降低的程度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论枸橼酸莫沙必利与双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗老年功能性便秘疗效确切，可有效改善患者的临床症状，缩短通便时间，可在临床推广应用。
